  • Heart Disease
Every year in Bangladesh 39% of total death occurs due to heart disease.
Although, everyone thinks that heart disease is a common disease problem among men, but in reality, men and women are equally effects by this. Yet, only 24 percent of women realize they have heart disease. Several doctors have researched the matter and said that women who develop heart disease are more likely to be sick and have other diseases along with heart disease. Also, if chest pain occurs due to any reason, most of the time this problem arises from the tendency to avoid it.
  • Breast Cancer
Breast cancer usually originates in the lining of the breast and spreads to other organs. One of the most aggressive cancers affecting women worldwide. The incidence of this disease is higher among women in developed countries. In 2020, approximately 2.3 million women worldwide were diagnosed with breast cancer and 6,85,000 died. Every 14 seconds, a woman somewhere in the world is diagnosed with breast cancer.

Initially, women with breast cancer have lumps in their breasts. Most breast lumps are not a sign of breast cancer, but if someone has a lump in their breast, they should seek medical attention quickly.
  • Cervical Cancer
Cervical cancer is caused by a type of virus called human papillomavirus. And it spreads through intimate contact with someone who has the virus. This virus enters a woman's body from a man during private intercourse. Cancer does not develop immediately after the virus enters, it can take several years to develop. When the cells of the cervix begin to change abnormally, it turns into cancer. Many times cancer starts from the cervix and then spreads to the lungs, liver, bladder, vagina, and anus. This virus causes cancer only when the immune system of the woman's body is reduced.
  • Pregnancy Problems
Pre-existing conditions can worsen during pregnancy, threatening the health of a mother and her child. Asthma, diabetes, and depression can harm both mother and baby during pregnancy if not managed properly.
Pregnancy causes a healthy mother to have a low red blood cell count, a condition called anemia that can cause depression. Another problem arises when reproductive cells implant outside the uterus, making subsequent pregnancies unlikely.
  • Urological Issues
In this case, the anatomy of women plays a big role. Due to the difference in the basic body structure of men and women, problems like urinary tract infections (UTIs), incontinence, and bladder leaking are more common among women. Besides, the possibility of urological problems also increases due to the process of childbirth.
  • Depression
The United States National Center for Health Statistics found from their survey that women are twice as likely to suffer from depression than men (10.4 for women and 5.5 for men). Author and psychologist Debrah Serrani say that because women have more biological origins than men, they are more likely to suffer from depression due to changes in neurochemistry. Major changes such as hormonal changes every month, childbirth, and going through menopause increase the problem of depression.
  • Gynecological Problems
Bleeding and discharge are normal parts of the menstrual cycle. However, additional symptoms during menstruation indicate health problems.

Pubic problems can also indicate serious problems such as sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) or reproductive tract cancer. Although mild infections are easily treated, if left untreated they can lead to conditions such as infertility or kidney failure.
  • Stroke
According to the American Heart Association, more than 55,000 women suffer and die from strokes each year. Among women who take oral contraceptive pills, take hormone replacement therapy, and become pregnant, stroke complications and death rates are higher.
